For example:

Hello – Jambo
Good Morning – Habari za asubuhi
Good Afternoon – Habara za m’chana
Good Evening – Habara za jioni
How are You – Habari?
I am well (fine, good, etc) – Nzuri
Thank you – Asante
Good-bye- Kwaheri
Yes – Ndiyo
No – Hapana
How much? – Ngapi?
Where is the Toilet (this is a biggie) – Wapi choo?
Hospital – Hospitali
