Today I’m grateful for reflections of light coming in the window through suncatchers and crystals.

Growing up, my Grandmother always kept sun catchers and crystals in her kitchen window. So when the light came through in just the right way, light spots and rainbows came in to light up the kitchen.

I one upped my Grandmother by hanging crystals and suncatchers in all of our windows. So when the light comes in at certain times of the day, it lights up each of our rooms.

Hard to See in Pictures- But Light is There

It’s not easy to take a picture and have those sunspots show accurately. It’s one of those things that you have to live in the moment to have the full effect. But when I am there and I catch the light coming through, I feel blessed. I’m there and present in the moment. And I am grateful.
