I’m trying a thirty day diet of my own making. Losing weight would be wonderful but more than anything, I am trying to kick the addiction to sugar that I have had for a very long time.

I am attempting a quasi-Paleo diet. No refined sugars or processed foods. No dairy. I’m putting on my blog one, to tiptoe back into the blog world after about a month absence and two, to make myself more accountable.

Here we go!
