Each November, I document my “gratefuls”. My purpose in this ritual is to remind myself of all the things for which I am grateful. I often deal with depression in the darker months and this helps me stay focused on the good things in life.

I will try again this November (2015) to note what I am grateful for each day. Instead of using facebook or other media- I’ll just document it on my blog.

Today I am grateful for: unconditional love. I am so fortunate to have people who love me- no matter what I bring to the table. Unconditional love from friends and family is what makes me feel safe in this world. And I am very grateful.
